Lately, i find people around me intolerable. My husband, my kids, my friends, my coworkers. They all get on my nerves! I find that will snap at them then regret it later for being so angry and irritable. One of my friends won't talk to me anymore because I went off on her about something that i wish I hadnt. What is going on? Is it them - or is it me?

Everyone is driving me nuts! Lately, i find people around me intolerable. My husband, my kids, my friends, my coworkers. They all get on my nerves! I find that will snap at them then regret it later for being so angry and irritable. One of my friends won't talk to me anymore because I went off on her about something that i wish I hadnt. What is going on? Is it them - or is it me?
